1. Cancellations by Customer
You may cancel or reschedule your booking as follows:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling (no charge).
- Between 2 to 24 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service amount (or a minimum trip charge of ₹[e.g., 300-500]) may apply to cover technician dispatch and opportunity cost.
- Less than 2 hours before the appointment or after technician dispatch: Full service amount may be charged as a no-show/late cancellation fee.
To cancel, contact us immediately via phone, app, or email.
2. Refunds for Services
Due to the nature of on-site services (time, travel, materials, and labor already invested):
- Completed services are generally non-refundable once the job is finished and accepted by the customer.
- If you are dissatisfied with the service quality, contact us within 24-48 hours. We will review the issue and may offer:
- Free rework/remedial service (most common for workmanship issues).
- Partial refund (e.g., 20-50% depending on the case).
- In rare cases, full refund (only if no service was effectively provided or major failure occurred).
- Refunds for materials/products (if separately charged) follow the supplier/manufacturer policy.
- Deposits or advances (if taken for larger jobs) may be partially/non-refundable if work has started or materials ordered.
3. Refunds Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Exceptions
No refunds for:
- Customer no-show or refusal to allow service upon technician arrival.
- Changes in scope after service begins (additional charges may apply instead).
- Services affected by inaccurate information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong issue description leading to unnecessary visit).
5. Warranty on Workmanship
We offer a limited workmanship warranty (typically 30-90 days on labor, depending on the service). If an issue arises due to our work within this period, we will rectify it at no extra labor charge (materials may apply). This is not a money-back guarantee but a satisfaction commitment.
